Pursuant to Section 33-14-103(a) (5) and (6) of the 1976 South Carolina Code of Laws, as amended, the corporation can state the total number of undisputed shares cast for dissolution by each voting group together with a statement that the number of votes cast for dissolution was sufficient for approval for the dissolution.
